    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase code

    Hello There,

    Thank you for providing the detailed information. Upon checking, it turns out that you are using an older version of X that has some validation issues. You need to update X and Cornerstone manually. To know more how you can do “Manual Updates”, please check out the most detailed and step by step instruction for this article: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    If you have some difficulties in updating X and Cornerstone manually, please provide us your ftp details so that we can do the manual updates for you.
