    Hi,

    I have purchased 2 X-theme Licences. Now I have changed my domain and I want to move one of the licences to the new domain, but here is where the trouble starts.

    I have assignes the Themco Licence to my URL: sandramildon.com. But when that didn’t work I also assigned the Envato Purchase Code to the same URL: sandramildon.com

    So it all looks ok on the this URL: https://community.theme.co/users/sandie/licenses/ with the licences and they are assigned to the correct websites. But when I am trying to add the licence code or the purchase code in WordPress I am getting this message:

    We´ve checked the code, but it dosen’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.

    Please let me know how to sort this out asap.

    Thanks for writing in! You need to activate X theme first and then head over to X Addons section within your WordPress backend to validate your purchase. Please refer to our product validation guide here (https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/).

    If you’re still having issues, please provide us with your login credentials to check your issue.
