    Hello
    I am trying to upload my 3rd license of Themco. It uploads okay but when it trys to install I get this error message and activity stops.
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme install failed.

    Can you help please?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Based from the information you have shared in your post, it appears that you’ve been trying to upload the x_package.zip file. Please unzip this file and upload the x.zip file instead. You can also download directly the x.zip from the dashboard (https://community.theme.co/dashboard/)

    That did install okay like that. However, as you know, I’m wondering if doing it that way has left something out which is why the Slider and Carousel aren’t working. Also, the demo blog posts say that it is a ‘DEMO: STANDARD POST WITH A FEATURED IMAGE’ but I can’t see an image. Should there be one?

    Hi There,

    In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Please check the boxes ‘Post Carousel Display’ and ‘Post Slider Display – Blog’ under ‘Ethos post settings’ box.
    I did this on your ‘test post’, see the attachment.
