    Hey i have buyed your Theme x but i can’t upload on my wordpress website.When i am uploading it showing this warning:
    This webpage is not available
    Everytime i am uploading it showing the same error.

    note: i am trying to upload only x.zip file only not full zip file.

    I don’t know why it showing this error my Internet is working well…. only while uploading it showing webpage is not available.Please help

    Hey there,

    Thanks for writing in. This sounds like a WordPress setup or web hosting issue. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
