dayanastockdaleParticipantHello, since installing Theme X about a week ago, I can’t upload media files to WordPress. I get an “internal server error.” I recently updated WordPress and am using the newest Theme X version. My url is dayanastockdale.com
Also, my blog menu no longer showed blog posts after installing the theme. Instead it just went to a page that said “blog.” I tried to find a way to add my blog roll to my main menu but I just see a way to add individual posts, not the whole blog roll, most recent first.

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
This isn’t theme related, it’s more on hosting related and it can’t handle the active software (memory limit) at the same time.
Would you mind providing your admin and FTP login credentials in private reply? I can’t promise a fix, but I can find some information that you can forward to your hosting provider.
Thanks!

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Sorry but I couldn’t login to your FTP using the given credentials. Please check.
The issue could be due to incorrect WordPress files and folders permission. Please see https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/ for the correct setup.
To know if this is an issue with X, please backup your site and try switching to the default WordPress theme and see if the issue is fixed.
Thanks.
