Zdeno BParticipantHi,
I upgraded my WP from 3.0 version to latest version and I couldn’t upload demo content from your theme. So, I created new clean WP installation with latest version of WordPress and installed your theme. Still I can’t upload demo content, it’s like on screenshot: http://prnt.sc/bnnoih
Are you sure that isn’t theme issue? I didn’t install nothing more, only WP and your theme and it’s not working. Could you help me, please? Thanks

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s not due to the theme, the demo is not part of the theme. The demo is just downloaded and installed from our server to your site, hence, the issue is between your site and our server. Given that demo is working on our end, then that means, there is no problem on our server.
What’s the login for your HTTP authentication? Another login is required before I can access your site 🙂
Thanks!

Zdeno BParticipantHi,
You’re right. It’s not a problem of theme. I installed your theme on localhost and it’s working fine. Is there a different way how to install demo content on my site? I am using a HTTPS on my site, maybe this is the problem why I can’t install demo content? There may be a conflict between your server and my site?
Thanks for help!

Zdeno BParticipantHi,
Yes, I tried to add &clean-cache to URL, but it do nothing. Can I install demo content from FTP? Or there’s some other ways how can I achieve this?
Thanks

Paul RModeratorHi,
Upon checking, I can see that your theme is not validated.

Kindly validate your theme to be able to install our demo.

JoaoModeratorHi Zdeno,
By loggin in on your site I notice you have already some content there, so I did not feel comfortable to try to install the demo content for you. Are you allowed to install it over the content you have right now?
What specific Demo you are looking for?
Let us know more details.
Thanks
Joao
