    Hi there,

    This could be a temporary internal caching issue. I have revoked your license key and use a temporary license key to test your site and I was able to update Cornerstone and also I have tested installing an extension which works fine.

    Could you please re-validate your X theme using your purchase code and the automatic updates should work.

    Dear X, My licence is not available anymore why is this?
    I have made my site on localhost and then migrate to siteground, but cornerstone wasnt working so siteground have reinstalled my site, thats what happend, and now i not have a licence anymore, best regards Corrie

    Dear X, I have now a serious issue again, The same problem occure after you have update my site.
    When i want use cornerstone it says its edited outside of cornerstone, and all my elemmenst are gone, this issue i had when i migrate my site from localhost. My hoster has solved this problem to reinstall my site and all was good, but after you update my site yesterday this problem start again and is now driving me crazy, please have a look, thanks in advantage, best regards corrie

    Hello There,

    You need to validate your site. Please do the following:
    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    After you have validated X in your site, you should be able to update to the latest version of X, Cornerstone and other bundled plugins.

    What account you’re referring to? You mean the license/purchased code? No, license does not expire.
