    Hi

    A clients website is causing me drama. It hasn’t had X or WP updated in a good year. The front end works and the backend to a degree, but when I try to go to the plugins page, or any page for updating X or WordPress, I get this:

    Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/smartdoo/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/addons/class-update-api.php on line 86

    So I’m lost as to why this has started happening, when the site used to work fine… and obviously, how can I get around this and get it all updated?
