    I’m trying to transfer of X into another website and I’m having trouble registering it. I’ve tried reading other topics of people saying the same thing saying I need to generate a new API key. However, I don’t see any option to generate a new API key on the dashboard.

    I tried validating it directly on the wordpress dashboard and the system responds saying it doesn’t appear to be a valid x theme license although I’m 100% sure it is since it says it on our invoice.

    Does this have something to do with the fact that I purchased it from Envato and not directly? Would really appreciate some help because we’ve tried all options.

    I tried to log into the sarisari-inc.com site but it states invalid login credentials.

    oh, thats cause its on zeosari.com. I’m trying to get it on sarisari-inc. Did you need access to sarisari-inc as well?
