    upon updating/trying to update, I now receive this error when attempting to access the admin section.

    The content on my site is also not laying out correctly.

    The content is actually fine.

    Still cant login though.

    This is the URL string I get with the 500 error.

    Hi there,

    Please follow this link https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins and update both theme and cornerstone plugin manually through FTP as this could fix the problem.

    Let us know how it goes.

    How do I update the theme without losing all of my files? I usually use a child theme when I update through dashboard.

    I updated cornerstone, and I still cant log in.

    Please check your FTP credentials, I got following error :

    Response:	530 Login authentication failed
Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server
