When I try to add a video to Revolution Slider, I end up with a blank black box with the number 5. It’s Slider 1. The website is http://www.blackapplecrossing.com. I have uploaded both an mp4 and an mpeg version of the video. I am sending login and password in a private message below.

I updated the theme, Revolution Slider and Cornerstone. When I tried to insert the video, I got the same error. Here’s a screen shot of what appears when I try. Thank you for your help.
I’m sorry, but I don’t understand your last response. I uploaded both an mp4 and an mpeg to the WP media library. Then in the slider I selected html5. I placed selected the mpeg video for the mpeg section. Nothing happens when I do this. If I don’t do this and just go to “add layer” and select video – I inserted the mp4 and just got the same black box. I don’t mean to sound awfully stupid, but I think I need some step by step instructions on this.

Are you referring to the Slider with the “apple tree” background? It seems to be working fine.
On What browser and device you are experiencing the issue? Did you try cleaning your browser cache and testing it again?

Thanks for your help! I think we are almost there. One last question on the slider. I can’t seem to get the button configured like the Ethos 3 demo. There’s a small circular button with an arrow and pulls users down to the homepage from the slider. Could you share those settings? Thanks again!

In WordPress Dashboard, please go to edit your home page, then scroll down to Slider Settings: Above Masthead section, after that check on Enable Scroll Bottom Anchor (http://i.imgur.com/o0CDi5h.png).
