    I am having issues installing any of the expanded demo content (agency, wedding, etc.) on my site. I can install the standard demos with no issues, but when I try to install the expanded demo, I get a screen that jumps back and forth between “Working on it”, “Downloading Images”, and then “Hang in there, trying to reconnect”.

    I have increased my memory limit in my PHP.ini file, increased the timeout to 600. I am at a loss.

    I am in a VPS hosting environment with Inmotion.

    I was able to install expanded demo content before on a different site on the same server, but for some reason I am no longer able to install expanded demo content. The theme and all plugins install just fine.

    Please help!!!

    I’ve done everything on this page. I have searched so many forums and tried so many different things and nothing seems to work.

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Try updating your PHP version to at least v5.6 or above to avoid any incompatibility issues. Then re-validate your site and test expanded demos.

    Thanks for updating this thread! I have check your site and it turns out that you are already using PHP version 5.6.6. Which demo content you were trying to install? For more information how to troubleshoot while importing the demo content, please checkout the last section “Troubleshooting” on this page: https://community.theme.co/kb/demo-content/

    I have setup wedding demo for you. There were few issues which I have resolved such as permalink settings (I have regenerated your permalink structure) and also I have disabled your 3rd party plugins during the process.
