    My website is envolvepeoplecare.com, running WP 4.5.3. I just recently tried to install some of the Extensions, but none of them work. I just get an “error encountered” message with no details. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

    Hey There,

    Can you try revalidating your theme by removing the website and API key from the dashboard and add it again?

    I’m sorry can you provide more detail. Should I revoke validation on the WP dashboard or am I removing the website from the Themeco Support dashboard? I just want to make sure I take the appropriate steps. Thanks.

    Sure thing. Please remove it from both dashboards and connect them again.
