    Hi guys, hi have an issue with woocomerce,
    I removed the plugging and I tried to install it again but I can’t.

    It seems like is already installed but when i try to active it is not on the plugging list,

    Hi There,

    Access your website via FTP wp-content/plugins remove woocommerce and install try to install it again.

    Hi, I tried that and doesn’t work.
    I erased it already, but can’t installing again…
    check the picture please, i can’t activate woocomerce because is not on the plugging list

    ” Error encountered”
    “No plugin specified”

    Hi There,

    Please delete WooCommerce, turn off your cache plugin and all your third party plugins and try to install it again, check if it works.

    If that does not work please provide your FTP credentials

    I turned off my cache plugin and all my plugins but the problem still there…

    Hi There,

    You’re in a multisite, please download the current supported version of Woocommerce v2.6.9 here and install it manually as a network admin.

    If this does not work, please provided us ftp credentials in private reply so we can take a look on your plugins directory.

    – FTP Host
    – FTP Port
    – FTP Username
    – FTP Password
