Marc OParticipantHi,
I’m trying to install the Shortcut plugin from the X Addons > Extensions panel. I’m getting this error, “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I’m logged in as Admin as I’m the one who designed the site. Thoughts?

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for the credentials.
Upon checking your website, it’s running on an older version of X theme. Kindly go to the Dashboard, and select Updates option. Make sure to update your theme with the latest version. i.e. X theme v. 4.6.2. Once you are updated with it, you will be able to add plugins within the Add-on section!
In order to update your theme, you can follow these guidelines :

Hope this helps!

JoaoModeratorHi Marc,
Your VC has full functionalities but to activate it just if you purchase the product separately.
Regarding your site being out of order, I reccomend you contact your hosting provider, it does not look like an wordpress error.
Let us know how it goes,
Joao
