    Dear Support,

    I wanted to add the whiteboard add on for Revolution Slider.
    The X Theme bundled rev slider does not offer me the ability to do the Whiteboard add on, so I uninstalled rev slider.
    I bought a new version of rev slider. But I’m unable to add it as a plugin.

    Kindly advise me.

    Oh, I finally got it installed. I re-downloaded the .zip file from my Envato downloads. (I chose the option to download the “installable wordpress files only” option. Somehow it worked!
