Please help. I get the “Your WordPress file permissions do not allow plugins to be installed.” error.

I know I have the right file/directory permission.

I know that other people are having/had this same problem.

I have tried those recommendations you give in those cases. Did not work.

Trying to find this solution is very time consuming and our client needs this site up and running asap.

What do I need to do? Thanks

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

You can try adding them manually via FTP as well.

Just go to the Plugin directory and find out the required plugin with .zip extension.

    X/framework/plugins/

You can install the plugin file via Dashboard>> Plugins>> Ad new Plugin>> Upload .Zip file.

Hope this helps, let us know how it goes!
