Hello,

I’m trying to install the slider revolution plugin. But I have this error message : No package found.

My license is activated.

My website doesn’t have ftp access. Could it be the reason ? Otherwise, where can I download the plugins ?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hello back,

I revoked my licence and retry to install the plugin but this time I have this error :

Your WordPress file permissions do not allow plugins to be installed.

I did those command :

sudo find . -type d -exec chmod 775 {} +
sudo find . -type f -exec chmod 644 {} +

But no result…

Is it possible to download the plugin ?

Thanks for writing in!

You can find all extensions within the download folder of the theme to install it manually. From Downloads in your ThemeForest account, click Download next to X and choose: All Files & Documentation download from ThemeForest. Unzip, and you will find an extensions folder containing zips for all our Extensions.
