I am trying to install the Church demo content. It is saying “demo failed to finish importing”. I tried your suggestions such as increasing my memory, and clearing the cache with no avail.

Please advise me on what I can do, or if there is a tutorial to replicate the demo content.

Hi There,

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Let us know how it goes.

If that does not work, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

Hi Lori,

We could try installing the demo content for you but kindly note that it will overwrite your Customizer settings. This is not reversible unless you have previously made a backup of your settings. Kindly confirm so that we could proceed.

Hi There,

Your site is now on Church demo. Importing succeeded on first try, so I’m not sure what was the issue.

I needed to clear your caching plugin because its showing the old demo content when I preview the site.
