    Hi there,

    Just bought the theme, installed it and activate the revolution slider in order to install demos. However the demo page seems to have trouble being activated. When I try to install the demo is says it is “working on it” but the progress bar seems to be stuck. I tried this 3 times, but no luck.
    Please advise

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    And let us know what demo you’re trying to import.
