merrymintParticipantWe’re not sure if this is a theme issue or a WooCommerce issue but we haven’t seen it mentioned elsewhere. On our simple product pages (non-variable products) on the Icon stack store version … the quantity selector will only let us choose a quantity of ‘1’. Has anyone else encountered this or know where we could get help on this?
Example: http://77.104.162.127/~wildwo54/product/all-you-need-is-love-and-a-cat-flour-sack-towel/
This only happens on simple products. Variable products have a wider selector box and any quantity can be selected.
Thanks in advance for any guidance/suggestions!

ChristianModeratorPlease try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.

merrymintParticipantThanks for your suggestion. We’ve deactivated every plugin except for Cornerstone and WooCommerce and the problem still exists – cannot increment quality on simple products like this one: http://77.104.162.127/~wildwo54/product/all-you-need-is-love-and-a-cat-flour-sack-towel/. Do you have anything else we can try or can you take another look? We’ve left them deactivated for now.

ThaiModeratorHi There,
I changed the Stock quantity to 10, everything is working fine again:

merrymintParticipantThanks – we also found a plugin (WooCommerce Max Quantity) that will allow us to set a Max Quantity override sitewide without turning on Manage Stock, which was our clients desired solution. Thanks for your assistance in sorting this out!
