    Whenever I click on a modal design to customize the page freezes with four colored lines pulsing. I tried deactivating the plugin and reactivating it then deleting it all together and reinstalling it but it doesn’t change, I still can’t get into the design section. Help!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains.     Hi there,

    When Superfly is active, the following error occurs on Convertplug:
    admin.php?page=smile-modal-designer&style-view=edit&action=new&style=cp_id_ebae4&theme=blank:1165 Uncaught ReferenceError: LAIconManagerCollection is not defined . This error stops Convertpluy from working. In the mean time, you can disable superfly while editing Convertplug.
