kerenflavellParticipantHi there
I’ve just bought X. I can see Cornerstone as an active Plugin but it’s not appearing in the AddOns page.
What do I do.
Thanks,
Keren

Nabeel AModeratorHi Keren,
Thanks for writing in! Cornerstone now installs automatically you can check the plugin status via Dashboard > Plugins sections.
Hope this helps!

kerenflavellParticipantYes, I’ve checked that, so no, your response isn’t helpful.
I have checked and the plugin is Active, but when I Edit a page in Cornerstone I see no editing tools… as per screen shot in my first post.

NicoModeratorHi There,
I could see that you have installed the cornerstone and X theme properly however I could see a lot of script errors. Would you mind testing for plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
