Hi there,
I am trying to hide some content bands on my site when viewing on mobile and I have read several of the forums but am still not getting it. I don’t know where I am supposed to put shortcode to hide an entire content band and what “put content here” to put in between the [x_visibility type=”hidden-phone”]put content here[/x_visibility] once I know where to put it.

Hi There,

Are you using Cornerstone?

If you are using Cornerstone you can simply click and select on which devices you would like to hide your content.

First you need to click on the magnifying lens of your row: see img 1

than croll down and find the hide based on screen width options.

Click on the screens you would to hide ( see img 2, on this image i have selected to hid o vertical tablets and mobiles)

In case you are not using cornerstone you can add classes to your content bands

you can apply this classes to hide column on a certain screen width.

x-hide-xs = 480 & smaller
x-hide-sm = 481px to 767px
x-hide-md = 768px to 979px
x-hide-lg = 980px to 1199px
x-hide-xl = 1200px & up
