    Hi there

    Have been having issues with this for a while. My existing Modal Popup still works, I just can’t edit it or create a new one, all I get is the ConvertPlug loading symbol which doesn’t go away.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    I can’t see/access the ConvertPlug option. So I guess the account credentials you gave is not a an admin account as asked. Let’s check and update with admin account.

    Hi There,

    Upon checking, I got the following error:
    admin.php?page=smile-modal-designer&style-view=edit&action=new&style=cp_id_f223c&theme=blank:1678 Uncaught ReferenceError: LAIconManagerCollection is not defined

    That error is related to Superfly plugin. Please try disabling Superfly plugin and then try Convertplug again.

    Both are these are Addons through X. So you can’t use these two together?

    We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We have confirmed this is a bug and already forwarded to our developers for further investigation. In the mean time, you can disable superfly while editing Convertplug. Again, we’re sorry the for the inconvenience. We will let you know once we have an update. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Sorry about the delay with this. After testing, this is a ConvertPlug issue, as it also conflicts with other plugins for example UberMenu.

    I’ve discussed the issue with the ConvertPlug developers and they’d be happy to assist you in resolving this, if you could open a ticket with their support here: https://convertplugonx.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new and they’ll be happy to take a look at this for you.

    If you get following error :
