Hello,

I’m trying to edit the “Footer” and “Header” Demo (Church) content from within the Customizer. However, when I attempt to enter my changes and click “Save & Publish”, the changes do not stick. When I navigate back to header & footer, they contain the original Demo content and do not reflect that changes that I made a few minutes ago.

Also, I do not see the real-time update take place in Cornerstone.

Hi There,

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

If that does not work, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi Joe

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi Joao,

You hit it right on the head. I deactivated a third party plugin that I recently installed and that fixed the issue. I should have tried that earlier.
