Hello,

I’m trying to delete a row in Cornerstone, but when I asked whether I really want to delete it and click on either button, nothing happens. I recorded a short video:

I tried deleting elements of the rows – and nothing happens, too.

What can be a problem?

Hello Alex,

This has been confirmed to be an issue with old versions of Cornerstone after updating to WordPress 4.5

Try updating Cornerstone to the latest version (1.2.4) and it should be resolved.

I’m running wordpress locally, I have the most updated X theme and Cornerstone but I am still running into this bug where I can’t delete a row. I tried in both Chrome and Safari. Please.

Hi There,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn´t help please follow the steps below:

1. Install Transient Cleaner
2. Navigate Dashboard -> Tools -> Transients
3. Set Clear Expired Transients -> Enable
4. Select Run Now
5. Set Remove All Transients -> Enable
6. Set Remove All Transients -> Optimize Afterwards
7. Select Run Now
8. Recheck your Cornerstone for functionality

Also for the moment you can try switching for Skeleton Mode on Corrstone and you should be able to delete the row as a temporary fix.

I don’t have any plugins other than cornerstone. that got me stuck in skeleton mode until I went back in the browser then returned. will try the 8 steps.

I actually can’t do anything that involves having that side screen come in and ask me Yes or Nope.

Hi,

You can try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Tried using transient cleaner, there isn’t a “Run Now” button at all.
