    Hello,

    On my woocommerce shop page, I am changing the page template however nothing changes. I’ve tried “blank container”, “layout – full width” and every other template and it doesn’t seem to work on the shop page.

    My shop page only contains the following shortcode: [product_category]

    I am able to add text/remove text on the page so it is not a caching issue.

    Any help is appreciated

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    The shop page doesn’t follow the setting you may have because Woocommerce overrides these settings. If you want to make your shop page fullwidth, you have to set it in the customizer instead, Appearance > Customize.
