    Hi There,

Go to WP Admin Dashboard > Appereance > Themes and click on X Theme and you should see the option

Let us know how it goes,

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

You can also update theme manually. Depending on user’s set up sometimes auto update doesn’t work properly. You can follow this guide to manually update.

    https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

Please backup your site before updating as best practice.

If you run into any issues, we’ll be here to assist.

    Thanks!

I can not see any upgrade option in WP Admin Dashboard > Appereance > Themes

    I have a multisite installation

    Hi There,

Using multisite, you could only have the main site or main domain to have an auto update. Auto update, means you could update your setup to the latest version using wordpress themes. If it is not validated, you could not be able to update it or it will not show any sign that you will need to update.

If still not showing on the main domain even if it is validated, please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

Don’t forget to set it as private reply.

    THanks.

    Hi There,

    Please revalidate your setup again.

Revoke your domain in your license in your license page then revalidate your domain again.

    Then update your setup manually.

    For guide: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
