Hi,

I’m trying to build more pages by: Pages > Add New > Backend Editor > + Add Element
It brings me to the selection of elements but nothing happens after I click one of the elements (i.e. content band etc.)

I’ve successfully built pages in the past the same way; and it is only recently that this issue has come up.
I’ve tried testing the different plug ins by seeing if anything changes after deactivating them and am in google chrome.

Let me know if there’s any other trouble shooting methods

I am not entirely sure I understand your issue and you might need to provide more details.

From what I understood you are facing problems creating pages.

To create a new page you should just go to WP-Admin Dashboard /Pages / Add New.

I understand you managed that.

You are trying to use Visual composer to build your pages?

I can see you also don´t have the latest version of X Theme Running on your website, so there is a chance you can troubleshot your issue by updating your X-Theme to the latest version.

Please make sure you have X Theme and Visual Composer updated to the latest version and try again.

If after that you find yourself still facing this issue would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
