    Hi. I don’t have the option to add plug-ins: the flyout to add a new plug-in has disappeared.I can give you log-in credentials if you need them but I don’t see a way to mark this as private. Thanks.

    You’re right, first post in thread couldn’t be private. Please check the box ‘Set as private replay’ and provide us with URL and login credentials.
