Please help me fix my Customizer. I have other sites with X-theme on this server working fine, but this site doesn’t for some reason.

    Hi there,

Provided credentials didn’t work, please check.
But before that, check this KB article https://community.theme.co/kb/solutions-to-potential-setup-issues-customizer/

    Hope it helps.

    Hello There,

Please check in with your hosting provider. I am getting the following error on the console:

Thanks, that was helpful in getting it fixed.

Before this is closed, I noticed that the Superfly addon still tells me to install it from the X addon section, even though I have already installed it. I saw other people have encountered this issue, but thought I’d mention it here while you still have the login credentials. Is there a fix for Superfly not showing in X Addons?

I did at one point see two Superflys listed in Plugins, so I removed it to see if it would help. It didn’t. I finally removed all traces of it and reinstalled, with only one listed now in Plugins, but it is still not activated in X Addons.

    Hi there,

Would you mind trying to delete the current Superfly installation then reinstall it from the Addons page?

Let us know how it goes.

That’s exactly what I did. The symptom persisted after reinstalling from there. At least it’s innocuous, since it creates a new menu option for it. But it could end up misleading another user, is there a fix for this? I saw other people encountered this as well. Can you reproduce it, or does the addon say it’s installed in your environment?

    Hello There,

I can confirmed the issue in your site. I have replicated the issue which I have done in your site. I will be reporting this to our developers for further investigation. Once they’ll have it fixed, it will be updated and will be rolled out in the next release updated.

    Thank you for your understanding.
