    Hello
    Superfly plugin is not activating. When I entered my X theme license code, It shows the message invalid code.I already read all x theme discussion, but no answers. How to activate it?

    Hi There,

    Superfly is a integrated plugin and no need to register. As long as X theme is updated and validated there should be no issue activating this plugin. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Oh..! I switched to the child theme. Again superfly is not working. But in the X main theme, it is working fine. Why?
    How to solve this problem?

    Hi,
    I’m having the same issue: cannot activate Superfly. I’m running the child theme too.

    Theme: X-Child 1.0.0, X 4.6.4
    WP: 4.6.1
    Superfly: 4.1.4

    I’ll post private credentials below.

    Hi James,

    It’s not a good idea to post private reply to other user’s thread, only the original poster should post private reply. I’d suggest you to change your credentials for your own security.

    However Superfly is an Integrated Plugin of X. You don’t need to activate it to use with X and there is no license key provided for integrated plugins. However if you want the premium features (i.e. direct support from the developer) then you need to purchase a separate license from CodeCanyon.

    Hope this makes sense.
