Alex KParticipantHi.
Last night, updated X theme and CS. After, I tried to install ACF and Superfly. Plugins were installed, but couldn’t be activated. You can see them available in plugins list, but not active. Clicking on “activate” didn’t do anything. When go back to dashboard, they were not installed. Repeated this process (install, activate) several times, but same issue.
Today updated PHP though cPanel. That helped to install and activate Superfly, but still no luck with ACF PRO. And for some reason can’t make Superfly to work on mobile.
Please help to resolve this issue. Thank you.
Using Siteground, if that’s important to know.July 7, 2016 at 1:34 pm #1076777

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! That is weird. I went ahead and installed ACF Pro and then I activated it. I did not encounter any issues at all. Right now, it is already installed an active in your site.
Please double check it.

Alex KParticipantThank you for taking care of this for me. Even before providing you with my credentials, I tried and it didn’t work.
Could this be due to cache? Just in case how do I refresh it? Do I need a plugin for that?July 8, 2016 at 9:07 am #1077903
DarshanaModeratorHi there,
This could be a temporary caching issue that you’re experiencing. If you’re still having any issues, you can ask your hosting provider to check their logs to see what causes this issue.
Thanks!

Alex KParticipantUnfortunately, I had similar issue before.
Originally, my site was developed with Avada theme. Then I rebuilt it with X and uploaded to my host replacing Avada. Some of bundled X plugins had same issue. I created several tickets with Siteground tech support, but no one could figure our what was causing that. So I asked to wipe out everything and re-uploaded back up copy. I believe X was updated couple of times after that with no problems until last update.
Thank you for your advice. Next time, will ask host provider to check their logs.July 8, 2016 at 11:28 am #1078097

bauer357ParticipantI cannot activate my plugin either. I installed it without any problem, but the Superfly activate tab says my purchase code is invalid. Help?
