    Hello.I can’t activate Carousel. There is just a white panel/space even though it is turned on. Can you help please? I think you have my details.

    Hi There,

    Usually this caused by an outdated X theme and Cornerstone or there is a conflict with the theme plugins. You could test for plugin conflict if you already have an updated X theme and cornerstone.

    If still it does not help, please share us your admin credentials in private reply.
