Hi,

I am trying to get in the X Theme customizer but the logo just keeps spinning forever. I have read many posts about this on the forum but I just can’t manage to solve this issue. I have tried increasing the WP Memory limit with these lines but it still behaves the same: `define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );`

Also, I can access Cornerstone for pages that are already created but not for new ones.

What do you propose to try? Do you want to access my WordPress dashboard?

I see you have WP Super Cache plugin enabled. Please disable all the cache active on your website and it should start working.

I’ve already tried without any Caching and the customizer won’t launch either…

Hi there,

Thanks for updating. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
