mindihirschParticipantAfter 18 months using Themeco, I now can’t access the CSS customization section in WordPress. My host has advised that they have enabled the editor feature but they can’t increase the memory limit since I have a shared vps. They suggested that I check with the Themeco to see if there is something else the host could to to optimize my site to get the features to work.
My site is not that big relatively compared to other sites, so I’m not sure why this is happening. Help!

Nabeel AModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! You might have written an invalid CSS rule in your Child Theme. This causes WordPress to break. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

mindihirschParticipantPlease explain FTP credentials and where I can find them. I will then send the info in a private message.

NicoModeratorHi There,
In regards to FTP you can ask your host about it. They could teach you how to get one or they will give you one.
let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
