    HI there,

Would you mind specifying the steps you have taken to redirect your domain? Kindly also provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! To set your domain from http://www.example.com to http://example.com properly, please go to your WordPress settings, Settings > General and make sure that the Site URL and WordPress URL is set as like this screenshot below:

If you have inserted some images in your posts or pages already, most probably those images will have some www in the image file path. You can install a 3rd party Search Regex from WordPress repository. You can then DO a search for http://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/ and replace it with this: http://example.com/wp-content/uploads/

    Hope this helps.
