RahulModeratorHey there,
Can you please remove the site from your licences on themeco account, add it again and then try to revalidate?
Thanks

RahulModeratorHey there,
Can you confirm that your X theme is fully updated? I can not access your super admin so I am unable to check from my end if the theme is updated. If not, please update it and try to revalidate.
Thanks

LelyModeratorHello Cameron,
Could please do the following:
Please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and revoke and then reassign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: http://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Please let us know how it goes.

agnitekParticipantHi Lely,
I’ve revoked and re-assigned the domain, to no avail. Those options aren’t available under Settings > General because we use Domain Mapping.
Please advise.
Best,
Cameron

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Your validation process is not initiating because of your Cornerstone version is outdated. As we have revised our validation process in the later versions of X (https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/), you need to have the latest version of X & Cornerstone.
Please connect to your FTP and delete the Cornerstone plugin folder (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/) and then head over to X Addons section within your WordPress backend (this should install the latest Cornestone version automatically). Then try validating your site.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!May 20, 2016 at 12:12 pm #1001825
agnitekParticipantProgress. Updated Cornerstone to the latest version.
Error message now reads, “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”
I revoked and re-assigned, and got the same message again.
Please advise, thanks.

Rue NelModeratorHey Cameron,
I am another staff checking on this thread! To avoid any delays, I went ahead and validated your site using my test license. And this is what I did.
1] I went to my account and assigned your site to the test license (http://prntscr.com/b6je0w)
2] And then I login to your WP site and validated your site and it was validated successfully (http://prntscr.com/b6jee8).In your previous message, you mentioned that you recieved an error message
“Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”When revoking the validation, you also need to unassign the license and assign it back again. You’ll have to wait for a few moments for the server to update the license being assign to your url before revalidating your site again.
Please let us know how it goes.
