    Hi there,

    I purchased X theme from themeforest. After I downloaded and installed the theme, I was unable to validate the purchase code.

    Site PROD URL: http://www.flexsmarthome.com.au/
    Site UAT URL: http://uat.flextronics.com.au/

    WP Version: 4.6
    X version: 4.6.1

    Please help. Thank you.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase code

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
