Tandem26ParticipantThank you I’ll try this – does this work even if I work with the child theme set up?

Tandem26ParticipantHello, it looks as if this worked, but now I got the message that ‘it looks as if this code has already been used with another license’ and suggested to ‘revoke’ … I am now stuck again how to revoke (I cannot find how to do this on your ‘product validation’)
The link sends me to the ‘your profile’ page. – what do I need to do next?
I can see the following:
Product: X, license: my Envato Purchse Code, Site: Production 8888 (and: Add Development Environment (Optional))(Not sure it looks I have gone completely stupid, it’s probably obvious what I should be doing? SORRY!)

Tandem26Participantstill trying to find a way to revoke the key – people are mentioning a ‘revoke’ button – there is no revoke button on my profile page anywhere near the license / envato code.

NicoModeratorHi There,
The revoking can be seen in your license page of this site. Attached image showing you a url where there is a x button to revoke the purchase id on a URL.
Hope it helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

Tandem26Participant‘revoke’ as in ‘unassign’ (sorry but didn’t realise that’s the same) and then go back to dashboard and start validation process afresh (i.e. typing in the envato purchase code, click ‘validate’ – yippiieeh, it worked. thanks.
now i was also able to update cornerstone and, yes , it looks as if it was working fine. I have only tested if I can delete elements on the pages again, at least this works again, phew!
thanks !
