    Hello there,

    I have an issue with some websites of mine. I cannot update wp anymore and I cannot reach the installed plugins and update them. I’ve tried to do it manually and also by managewp.com. The last gives this error message: Fatal Error (E_ERROR): Class X_Addons_Updates not found.

    I read I have to update cornerstone? But that’s also impossible. What can I do? X was always updating automatically, I don’t understand what is happening now.

    Hi Marjolijn

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hey Marjolijn,

    Please disable all third party plugins and try to update again. Optimization and security plugins like your Shield plugin could cause update issues.
