Hi, today I tried to update my X Theme (currently 4.4.2) to 4.5.2 (newest one) but I get this error:
“An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.”
Therefore I cannot update and can’t utilize the new UberMenu extension. I also confirmed that my license is still validated so I’m not sure what the problem is here? Would like to figure this out please as it’s very frustrating. Apart from a domain change last month, I have not made any major changes to my website and never had an issue updating X Theme in the past.
Hi, please ignore this thread. I looked at other topics with the same issue and realized I had to revoke my license and re-validate it. I think what happened is when I moved the site to my new domain (www.gamertribute.com), the “http:www.” part was missing from the field. Therefore, it wasn’t validated even though it said it was validated on my WP dashboard. Revoking and re-validating fixed the issue.
