extreminParticipantI’d like to turn off the “Child Elements Responsive” option.
I made a text layer as below:
aaaaaa<span class=”point-color”>bbbbb</span>when the option is on, “bbbbb” is shrunk on site view.
so, I turned off the option then everything is alright.but every time I edit slides, the option keeps turning on automatically.
is this some kind of bug or I set up something wrongly?
please help me.

extreminParticipantHello,
I’ve thoroughly read all explanations on that document, But it doesn’t help at all.
——————————————————————————–
It reads :2. Child Elements Responsive
If the layer contains additional content (raw HTML, shortcode from other plugin, etc.), the slider will attempt to resize all nested elements.———————————————————————————
Does it mean that If a layer contains additional content, I cannot turn off the option? It doesn’t even make sense to me.
If so, Why is there this on-off toggle button on the option in the first place? What I’d like to do is my slider will NOT attempt to resize it’s nested elements.
It’s not available?p.s. Even if my tone sounds rather aggressive to you, I really don’t mean it.
(English is not my native language.I just do my best to explain the problem.)
I always appreciate for your effort to help me.Thanks and waiting for answers.

RadModeratorHi there,
It will only attempt to make it responsive, but it has no full control over the content. The responsiveness in the slider means it will scale and instead of text breaking into lines.
I tried it and it’s impossible, could be a bug. How about utilizing the CUSTOM GRID feature, that way you can manage the appearance of your text per each device. https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-se-doc/slider-setup/#slidelayout
Thanks!
