    Hi There,

    I am using Polylang and want to set my frontapge. I have already translated the ralated page, called “home” into the required languages, but still wordpress tells me, I have to translate the page into all languages, before I can set it to frontpage…

    Could you help me out? Thank you!!

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, it turns out that you have two home pages and that each of these were not even have an equivalent page translation. Please double check it and make sure that each of this pages has a translation so that when you assign any of this page as your homepage, it will display correctly.     Hi Rue and thank you very much for helping me out!
    Unfortunately I don’t understand :-/

    On your screenshot (and my backpanel ofcourse) I see that there’s a homepage assigned to english and one homepage assigned to german…

    I don’t understand the Problem? I did it the same way on my old website and it worked?!

    Hi there,

    How did you create your page translation? I created a sample page named English Test Page and created its translated page named Deutsch Test Page. And I’m able to set it as front page, please check 🙂

    And please disable Detect browser language from your language settings. Cornerstone may not work since it will always to redirect it some requests.

    I have checked it and you’re right!

    But actually I have set my “home” pages the same way. I don’t understand why wordpress doesn’t accept it :-/

    Could you please check them both? They’re called “home”page.

    Hi there,

    Hmm, yes, I can confirm that and it’s weird. How about creating a new home page? I can’t really find what causing it, but maybe the two home page is not synced together (eg. corrupted setting).

    That message is not from WordPress, it’s from the plugin.
