[email protected]ParticipantHi, I am trying to save a navigation URL on the “customizer”. It won’t save. I get a 404 error in the console when I click “Save and publish”
I see in other posts that plugins can be the problem. I do not believe I have any plugins installed at the moment. My wordpress may be 4.6 rather than 4.7? Planning to update but is there any other reason this might not work?
Blocks me from launching.
Thanks,
JohnDecember 15, 2016 at 2:50 pm #1294738

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thank you for credentials, I did check the site. You have an old version of PHP (v5.4) and MYSQL (v5.5), please update your PHP and MYSQL to version 5.6 as per WordPress Requirements.
Please contact your hosting support to assist you with this.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!

JadeModeratorHI John.
I tried to login using the details you have provided in #1294875 but it seems to be not working anymore.
Kindly provide us with the updated access so that we can check further.
For the mean time, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
