    Hi Guys,

    I cannot remove the background image of the mountains.

    I have set background color and not set any background images as shown in the attached however the image of the mountains still appear when I select a page template that has no footer or header.

    Please advise and see attached for 2 screenshots showing the problem.

    Hi there,

    Head over to Appearance -> Customize -> Layout & Design -> Background Options and from there you should be able to remove the background image.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your suggestion, however in my earlier reply I included a screenshot showing that there is no background image selected however the mountains shot is still showing. I have attached this screenshot again to this message.

    Please could you advise.

    Hi there,

    In that case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello There,

    Thank you for providing the information. I have logged in and I have removed the background image in your site. I just went in your customizer and updated the background image and the background pattern. Please check your site now.
