reillydonovanParticipantHello,
I had an issue where for some reason I couldn’t successfully install all of the xtheme addons. I found a thread recommending removing the license then resubmitting it. Upon attempting this, the license manager no longer recognizes my website as valid. I have the proper URL registered in my themeco account settings. When I submit the license, I’m returned with: Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details. When I click details, there is an empty pop up window. Any suggestions on how to get x theme working on my site again with all the add ons?July 14, 2016 at 1:59 pm #1087272

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Please revoke and reassign your site from the license code. Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license code again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

JadeModeratorHi there,
You are supposed to replace https://www.your-domain.com/ with your domain name.
Kindly put in your domain name in your ThemeCo licenses then revalidate the site again.
Let us know how it goes.

reillydonovanParticipantI did this and the problem persists.
The address in the General settings is the same as that in the x theme registry.
I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire theme without success.
Still returned in error….July 17, 2016 at 5:00 pm #1090968
reillydonovanParticipantI figured it out, I had to go disable all of the x-theme plugins in my Plugins folder to make the license successfully reactivate. Strange.
