    Hi,

I’ve been trying to register my production website so that the X theme and Cornerstone updates can be done automatically in the future. I’m running into a bit of difficulty in that I can’t seem to generate an API key anymore.

So, the instructions on the production website’s page:
    http://www.acbsnewengland.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home

    Directs you to this tutorial:
    https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

But the content doesn’t really seem to match what my website his presenting right now. When I click on “Register Now”, I put in my username and the product code that I’ve configured in my account to match my website (it was previously associated with the developmental website dev.acbsnewengland.org, but now it’s associated with http://www.acbsnewengland.org with dev.acbsnewengland.org the developmental website), but it complains that the purchase code has already been registered:

“This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.”

What do you recommend that I do?

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! On your Theme.co account here, please ensure that you have the URL for the live site set as production. You need to have the dev site set for the DEV URL. You can have 2 URLs for the same site. Then make sure you revoke the license from the dev site.

You need to go to X Addons > Home and go to the very bottom, below the X Theme logo to be able to revoke the license. Please make sure you clear your caches. It should work after then.

Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!
