Hi there,
I am not able to get into my Customiser (through WordPress – Appearance – Customiser). I imagine it has something to do with the EventOn Plugin I installed recently, as I got the following error message:

We’re sorry you’re having this issue. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

For the meantime, you can disable it by deleting the plugin via FTP on this folder wp-content/plugins
No I completely understand – I have contaced the third party developer and they have solved it…I just had to update the plugin.
